Inconsistent Meta Report Errors
Resolved - Thank you for your patience while we navigated the degraded performance from Meta's Insights API - Meta reports are back to loading as expected!

Monitoring - Meta has updated the status of their ads insights API to resolved and we are slowly seeing a return to regular functionality! We have cleared previously stored insights to force a refetch of new insights, so you may experience initial slower loading times while the system recovers. We will continue to monitor overnight and update once regular service is fully resumed.

Update - Meta has updated their own status page to reflect moderate api issues: https://metastatus.com/marketing-api. This is a promising sign that a fix is on the horizon!

Update - This issue is effecting other companies and users of Meta's API - we have added our bug report to the ongoing thread: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/727237713029165/.

Identified - We have identified the source of our issue from the Meta integration, and are still awaiting a response from the Meta team. We are continuing to explore alternatives and will update you if we find any viable solutions before a long term fix is implemented.

Investigating - We are currently investigating intermittent issues with our Meta integration where no insights are being returned for some reports. We have opened up a support ticket with Meta and our team is working on implementing fall backs and work arounds in the meantime. You may experience reports that say "no ads found" until this issue is resolved. We will update as we learn more!
